MGM can provide the following services:
Leadership services to help organizations that have identified the need and are ready to move forward with becoming more diverse and inclusive. The services include an iterative process of listening, analyzing and presenting, followed by a customized implementation plan with actionable steps along with ongoing support.
Project Manage the E2M initiative for your organization (see E2M page for details). These services include managing the overall project and the strategic partnerships with the university, churches, state archaeological office, vendors, artists and scholars that’s required for successful completion.
Provide leadership training for churches to help them become peacebuilders within their congregations and their communities.
Partner with churches to research their genealogical history and help them register those findings for historic preservation purposes.
